How buying final expense leads works

Sign up with your email and a verified cell, pick the states you are licensed in, and buy tokens ($30 to $40 a lead, minimum 25). Each lead from our Meta ads reaches you by text and email as soon as it is assigned to you, up to 25 a week, and waits in your dashboard. It is yours alone for 30 days.

Signup takes a few minutes on the phone you will take leads on:

Email. Enter your work email. We send a 6-digit code to confirm it.
About you. Your name, plus your agency and National Producer Number if you want to add them. Both are optional.
Your cell. The number new leads get texted to. We text it a 6-digit code to confirm it is yours.
Your states. Pick the states you are licensed in. You only get leads from those states, and you can change them later.
Tokens. Pick a pack or a custom amount, minimum 25 leads, and pay through Stripe checkout. Each lead uses 5 tokens, $30 to $40 a lead. See pricing.

Once tokens are on your account and a state is picked, you are live.

What happens when a lead comes in?

A senior takes our quiz. We run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram that send people to our final expense quiz. They answer a few questions, confirm their phone with a text code and agree to be contacted.
We assign it to one agent. The lead goes to an agent with tokens who picked that state. We rotate leads among those agents. 5 tokens come off your balance.
You get a text and an email. Both go out as soon as the lead is assigned to you, with the name, verified phone, state and ZIP, age range, the coverage they picked, their quiz answers and the consent record.
It shows up in your dashboard. Every lead waits there with a call button. It is yours alone for 30 days. After that it may be sold to other agents as an aged lead.

How do I report what happened with a lead?

Each lead in your dashboard has three steps. Tap the furthest one you reached; a later step marks the earlier ones too:

Appointment set
Sold

Each step you mark is sent back to Meta as a conversion signal from our ads. That tells the ads which people turned into real conversations, appointments and sales, so they can find more people like them.

How do I report a bad lead?

Open the lead in your dashboard within 7 days of delivery and choose to report it.
Pick what went wrong: wrong number, disconnected, never filled out the form, other: age, state or duplicate.
Attach the call recording. It is required. Add a short note if it helps.
We review it. If we approve it, 3 of the 5 tokens go back to your balance, or all 5 for a lead from your first order.

Credits are tokens, not cash. Delivered leads are never refunded, and unused tokens are refundable only under our Delivery Guarantee. The rules are in the refund policy.

Can I pause or change states?

Yes. Pause leads, change your states, turn text or email alerts on or off, and buy more tokens from your dashboard anytime. There is no contract or subscription. Tokens expire 12 months after purchase.

Questions agents ask

Do I need my NPN to sign up?

No, it is optional. We only sell to licensed agents, so you confirm you are licensed in every state you pick.

Why do you verify my phone?

Every lead is texted to that number as soon as it is assigned to you, so it has to be yours and it has to work.

Do I have to mark Contacted, Appointment set and Sold?

No, but it helps. Those signals go back to Meta so the ads learn which people become customers.

What if I run out of tokens?

Leads stop going to you until you buy more. You can buy tokens from your dashboard anytime.

Live calls: Optional. An agent places a call order with their tokens; a person who calls our number from one of the agent's states rings the agent's verified phone, and the agent presses 1 to take it. 10 tokens ($60 to $80 a billed call, since tokens cost $6 to $8 each by pack size) only if the call lasts 90 seconds or more, counted from when the agent presses 1; shorter calls are free. The agent orders leads and calls separately, from the same tokens. The caller's number shows on the agent's phone. Callers are people who dialed our number themselves: no call center, no screening, not live transfers. Every call is recorded. A bad call can get 6 tokens back. Missing 3 calls in a row costs 10 tokens and pauses calls until a request to turn them back on is approved. Callers are not quiz leads: they are not phone-verified and have no consent certificate. Refunds: Delivery guarantee: if we send fewer than 10 leads in the 30 days after your purchase, your unused tokens are refundable. Delivered leads are never refunded. All other purchases are final.
