How do our Facebook final expense leads work?
We run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram aimed at seniors thinking about burial and final costs. We write the ads, fund them and manage them. You never touch an ad account, a pixel or a budget.
The ad sends people to one of our final expense quiz sites, finalexpensequiz.com or familybenefitcheck.com. They answer a few questions, agree to be contacted, and confirm their phone number by typing in a code we text them. Only then does the lead reach an agent.
The lead goes to one agent licensed in that state and stays exclusive to that agent for 30 days.
What the quiz step gives you
We sell quiz leads only. Here is what every lead has been through before it reaches you:

A verified phone is not a promise they pick up or remember the quiz a week later. If a lead turns out to be a wrong number, disconnected, or says they never filled anything out, report it (see below).

Yes. Every lead comes from our quiz and confirmed their phone with a text code before it reached us.
Do I need my own Facebook ad account?
No. We run the ads from our side and pay for them. You buy leads with tokens and never manage a campaign.
Are these the same leads other vendors sell?
We cannot speak for other vendors. Ours come from ads we run ourselves, and each lead goes to one agent for 30 days. After that it may be sold as an aged lead.
Do my results change the ads?
Yes. When you mark a lead Contacted, Appointment set or Sold in the dashboard, that signal goes back to Meta so the ads can find more people like the ones who buy.

- Live calls
- Optional. An agent places a call order with their tokens; a person who calls our number from one of the agent's states rings the agent's verified phone, and the agent presses 1 to take it. 10 tokens ($60 to $80 a billed call, since tokens cost $6 to $8 each by pack size) only if the call lasts 90 seconds or more, counted from when the agent presses 1; shorter calls are free. The agent orders leads and calls separately, from the same tokens. The caller's number shows on the agent's phone. Callers are people who dialed our number themselves: no call center, no screening, not live transfers. Every call is recorded. A bad call can get 6 tokens back. Missing 3 calls in a row costs 10 tokens and pauses calls until a request to turn them back on is approved. Callers are not quiz leads: they are not phone-verified and have no consent certificate. - Refunds
- Delivery guarantee: if we send fewer than 10 leads in the 30 days after your purchase, your unused tokens are refundable. Delivered leads are never refunded. All other purchases are final.
