Final expense leads: questions and answers
Our leads come from our own Facebook and Instagram ads and a final expense quiz. Each one goes to one agent for 30 days, by text and email as soon as it is assigned to them. Leads cost $30 to $40 each (5 tokens), with a 25-lead minimum, no contract, and bad-lead credit when you report within 7 days with the call recording.

Questions agents ask
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes, for 30 days. Each lead goes to one agent, and no other agent gets it in that time. After 30 days we may sell it as an aged lead.
Where do the leads come from?
We run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram. The ads send seniors to our final expense quiz, where they answer a few questions, confirm their phone with a text code and agree to be contacted. Every lead you get came through the quiz. You only get leads from the states you picked.
How fast do they arrive?
Each lead is sent to you by text and email as soon as it's assigned to you, and shows in your dashboard. We pace delivery at up to 25 leads a week, no more than 5 a day, so you have time to work each one. How fast your pack fills depends on your states and our ad volume. At full pace, a 25-lead pack takes about a week, 50 about two weeks and 100 about four weeks.
Can I get more than 25 leads a week?
Not right now. We cap it so you have time to work every lead.
What are tokens?
Prepaid lead credits. Each lead uses 5 tokens, at the same price in every state.
How do I pay?
Choose a token pack during signup, after you pick your states. You can get more tokens from your dashboard anytime.
What if a lead is bad?
Report it from your dashboard within 7 days with the call recording and what went wrong. If it checks out, 3 tokens go back to your balance. For a lead from your first order, all 5 go back.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The minimum is 25 leads ($1,000). Above that you can buy any whole number of leads, not just the packs.
Is there a first-order deal?
Yes, for new agents. Your first paid order gets free leads on top: 25 to 49 leads get 3 free, 50 to 99 get 10, 100 or more get 15. So 50 leads for $1,750 comes to 60 leads, about $29 each. A bad lead from that first order gets all 5 tokens back instead of 3. It's once per agent and tied to your verified phone and card. The free tokens expire with the order, 12 months after you buy.
Do tokens expire?
Yes, 12 months after you buy them. They work in any state you’ve picked. At full pace of 25 leads a week, even 1,000 leads takes about 40 weeks.
Can I get a refund?
Delivery guarantee: if we send fewer than 10 leads in the 30 days after your purchase, your unused tokens are refundable. Delivered leads are never refunded, and a bad lead gets token credit, as above. Everything else is final. The details are in the refund policy.
Can I take live calls?
Yes, if you want them. Order calls in your dashboard, the same way you order leads. When someone from your states calls our number, your verified phone rings and you press 1 to take it. A call uses 10 tokens only if it lasts 90 seconds or more; shorter calls are free. If you don't pick up, it goes to the next agent. Your first 2 missed calls in a row are free; miss 3 in a row and it costs 10 tokens and pauses your calls until we approve your request to turn them back on. Every call is recorded, and a bad call can get 6 tokens back. Callers aren't quiz leads, so they haven't confirmed a text code.
Can I pause or change states?
Yes. Pause leads or change your states anytime in your dashboard.
What do I need to sign up?
Your full name and a mobile number you confirm with a text code. Then you pick your states and confirm you hold an active life insurance license in each one. An agency name and NPN are optional.
Do I need an NPN to sign up?
No. Adding your National Producer Number is optional. We only sell to licensed agents, so you confirm you hold an active license in every state you pick and agree to remove a state if your license there lapses.
Which states can I get leads in?
Only states that are open and that you are licensed in. Our launch states are Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Arizona, South Carolina. Signup shows which states are open right now, and the list is on https://buyfexleads.com/states. The price is the same in every state.
What does each lead include?
Every lead comes from our quiz, so every lead has a name, a phone confirmed by text code, a state and ZIP code, an age band, the coverage they picked (or Not sure), who the coverage is for, their monthly budget, tobacco use and health, and a consent record with a TrustedForm certificate link. It has an email too when they gave one. If a lead asked for a parent or spouse, the name and phone are the person who filled it out, and we say so.
What happens to my tokens while I am paused?
While your account is paused you get no leads and use no tokens. Your tokens stay on the account, but they still expire 12 months after you bought them.
Is there a contract or subscription?
No. Token packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Buy more when you want more leads.

- Live calls
- Optional. An agent places a call order with their tokens; a person who calls our number from one of the agent's states rings the agent's verified phone, and the agent presses 1 to take it. 10 tokens ($60 to $80 a billed call, since tokens cost $6 to $8 each by pack size) only if the call lasts 90 seconds or more, counted from when the agent presses 1; shorter calls are free. The agent orders leads and calls separately, from the same tokens. The caller's number shows on the agent's phone. Callers are people who dialed our number themselves: no call center, no screening, not live transfers. Every call is recorded. A bad call can get 6 tokens back. Missing 3 calls in a row costs 10 tokens and pauses calls until a request to turn them back on is approved. Callers are not quiz leads: they are not phone-verified and have no consent certificate.
